Terms of Service
Effective date: August 3, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing the website, downloading the loader or using any related service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy section below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, the security of your password and all activity performed through your account. Accounts and invitations may not be sold, transferred or shared.
3. Licence and permitted use
Any software and access supplied through the service are licensed, not sold, for personal use during an active subscription. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Hardware binding
The loader may bind an account to a hardware identifier. The identifier is normalised and stored as a cryptographic digest. Attempts to evade hardware restrictions, automate resets or share access may result in suspension or termination.
5. Invitations
Registration may require an invitation. Invitations remain subject to availability and may be revoked. Users are responsible for invitations distributed from their account. Invitation waves and administrative grants do not create a right to future invitations.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Access to protected downloads may require an active subscription. Prices, duration and availability may change before purchase. Payments are not currently processed by this website. If payments are enabled later, provider terms, refund rules and applicable consumer rights will also apply.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for account sharing, abuse, fraud, attacks on the service, violation of these Terms, legal requirements or risks to users or infrastructure. Where reasonably possible, enforcement will be proportionate to the violation.
8. Availability and updates
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, software, subscriptions and compatibility may change. Maintenance, security incidents or third-party failures may cause downtime. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of access or third-party actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Privacy
The service may process usernames, email addresses, invitation relationships, subscription status, login metadata, IP addresses, security events and hashed hardware identifiers. This information is used to provide accounts, enforce access, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and protect the service.
Data is retained while needed for operation, security, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Administrative actions may be retained in an audit log. Data is not sold. Infrastructure providers may process limited data as necessary to host and secure the service.
11. Security
You must report suspected account compromise or security vulnerabilities privately and must not publicly disclose or exploit them. The operator may revoke sessions, reset hardware bindings or require credential changes to protect the service.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the service, law or operational requirements change. The effective date will be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; material changes may require renewed consent.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms, privacy requests and security reports should be sent through the official support channel listed on the website.
